Roadmap

OMGA aims to rollout its utility in 4 distinct technological generations:

2023

Phase 1

  • Testing of the community token on the Algorand blockchain will be completed
  • 21,000 tokens will be minted and handled by the community admins
  • Initial proposal submission process will be opened, including in-chat submission via the Alty bot and email submission to the Steering Committee
  • Rewards and distribution system for various activities within the OMGA ecosystem will be finalized

Phase 2

  • Scaling will begin, with the minting of Omega’s Genesis NFT collection.
  • The first funds from the NFTs sale will be devoted to put some liquidity behind the new Omega Tokens.
  • New Omega tokens will be minted and distributed based on a fix ratio to the test tokens that were distributed. Integration of additional blockchain tokens, including Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana Proposals submitted in the previous quarter will be reviewed and prioritized.
  • Continued promotion of the OMGA token and community through partnerships, PR and advertising and community development.

Phase 3

  • NFTs will be minted, replacing DAO ownership tokens
  • Continued implementation of approved proposals and expansion of the OMGA ecosystem
2024

Phase 4

  • Continued growth and development of the OMGA community, including the introduction of new use cases and utility for the OMGA token
  • Continued review and implementation of proposals
  • Exploration of new partnerships and expansion of the OMGA ecosystem
